ISOCOMP Performance PTFE composites have been developed & engineered for optimum properties & easy processing using Teflon® PTFE and other premium virgin base resins.

ISOCOMPTM Performance PTFE composites economically offer the processor flexibility, small batch sizes and consistent quality, while the end user benefits in product performance. ISOCOMPTM resin can also be pigmented where practical to customer requirement. Each batch has a unique formulation work sheet and batch number, with sample testing undertaken in certified laboratories.

Inorganic and thermoplastic polymers are commonly used to enhance wear and load carrying properties of PTFE. We specialise in two and three component filled PTFE compounds in smaller batches and quick delivery. Isocomp use Teflon PTFE and other premium virgin base resins together with fillers such as polyimide, ekonol, PPS, glass fiber, bronze, carbon, graphite, moly, carbon fiber etc. We can offer standard fillers in percentages to suit your application and cost. They are available in regular flow, free flow pelletised and pre-sintered form.

Products are packed in standard 30kg fibre drums, 360kg per pallet, for both airfreight and sea freight. The minimum production batch size for customer formulations is 30kg.

PTFE is a unique fluoroplastic produced by major chemical companies under the trade names Fluon®, DyneonTM, Teflon® and Polyflon. It is often filled with synthetic ploymers including Ryton®, Victrex®, Vespal, Ekonol to improve wear and strength properties. The semi finished products made from PTFE compounds are often marketed under brand names such as Rulon®, Chemlon® and Shamban®.
